Biga*Ranx: a unique voice and universe, blending different musical genres and breaking current codes to create his own style. He quickly gained national and international recognition and is endorsed by the greatest Jamaican MCs.
Born in France in 1988, Biga*Ranx turned to Jamaican sounds very early on. His attention focused on the rhythms of Yellowman and DJ Screw. At the age of 14, he dedicated himself entirely to music, forging a personal style through hard work, writing, and composition.
In 2008, Biga was endorsed by the Jamaican singjay Joseph Cotton who baptized him "Ranx," marking his entry into the world of reggae. The two men posted a freestyle on the internet that turned out to be a huge success. With 5 albums to his credit, he has established himself on the international dub scene with his album "1988." Counting tens of millions of streams on his tracks, over 1000 concerts, and a unique universe.
"Nightbird" is the 3rd album, released in 2015, by the French prodigy of the international dub scene, Biga Ranx.
