Acting from 1964 to 1980, Lenny "King Creole" LaCour played punchy R&B, hard funk, group vocal harmony, and proto-disco on a multitude of mysterious labels. This deluxe double album brings together 26 carefully selected tracks, accompanied by a richly documented booklet: detailed notes, photos, and period ephemera.
