Pioneers of Floridian death metal, MONSTROSITY make an unrelenting return with *Screams From Beneath The Surface*, their first album in seven years. Led by founder, drummer, and primary composer Lee Harrison, the band returns with a strong and experienced lineup: longtime guitarist Matt Barnes, the return of original bassist Mark Van Erp, and Ed Webb (ex-Massacre) on vocals, whose guttural performance brings renewed intensity. Composed of ten uncompromising death metal tracks, the album combines crushing riffs, formidable technicality, and controlled violence, while exploring new sonic dynamics. Tracks like "Banished To The Skies" and "The Atrophied" embody the band's characteristic brutality, while other tracks reveal a desire for evolution without betraying their roots. With this album, MONSTROSITY reaffirms its status as a genre benchmark: ferocious, precise, and always ahead of the curve.
