Madonna announced today the release of her long-awaited album, Confessions II, on July 3, 2026, under the Warner Records label. A true heir to the iconic Confessions on a Dance Floor released in 2005, Madonna perfectly sums up her new record by quoting the opening lines of her song, One Step Away: “People think dance music is superficial, but they are completely wrong. The dance floor is not just a place, it is a threshold: a ritual space where movement replaces language.”
