Graceless is already a legendary name in the history of Dutch metal, and "Shadowlands" was their first cult album from 2017. With former members of bands like Asphyx and Soulburn, this experienced old school doomed death metal band, hailing from Leiden and the surrounding area, made an enormous impact immediately. "Shadowlands" still sounds thick and raw, with powerful riffs and fierce solos. It's a great amount of heaviness, somewhat murky and even psychedelic, with doom, ferocity, and melody.
