After his recent adventures under the alias ATELJE, the former STUDIO, DAN LISSVIK returns, this time under his own name. A new album with a groovy, swaying feel, 8 new instrumental tracks, each titled with a letter making up the word MIDNIGHT, which unfolds at its own pace, slowly but with finesse. Recorded in 2015 at home with an analog keyboard, a microphone and a bass, he worked at night, the joys of fatherhood, hence its title. Filled with all of LISSVIK’s recognizable signatures (Balearic, dub disco), the man who helped (re)popularize balearic in Sweden has lost none of his splendor. Available on CD and LP.
