'Whiplash' is the first album recorded by bôa in over twenty years, following the incredible resurgence of 'Duvet'. The album is a collection of melodic narratives, leaning into emotional and relatable lyricism that resonates well with fans. "Whiplash" is very human and one of a kind – it reflects on the tides of time and relationships, which can refer to past entanglements, deeply rooted friendships, or even the suddenness of the social changes surrounding us today. New fans seeking more of the timeless warmth that made "Duvet" a lasting success will find it in abundance here, while long-time fans will feel as if they are welcoming back an old friend into the fold.
