33, led by Bill John Bultheel and Alexander Iezzi, now asserts itself as a true band with Cem Dukkha and Ivan Cheng. Tripolar, their first album for Haunter Records, is built from improvisations reworked into more structured compositions. Blending percussion, strings, synths, and samples, it oscillates between classic song forms and experimental chaos. Guest vocals from artists like Astrid Sonne and Lord Spikeheart enrich an unstable and contrasting sound universe. Between feverish energy and coherence, the album explores themes of mental health and fragmented identity with a theatrical and unique approach.
