Ycare celebrates the world of Jacques Brel in an incandescent rock tribute, driven by powerful arrangements and a deeply moving performance. A visceral album, between timeless legacy and contemporary intensity.
Ycare returns with a bold and deeply personal project: a tribute album to Jacques Brel, reimagined in a powerful and inhabited rock aesthetic. Between electric guitars, intense rhythms and fiery performances, the artist reinvents the work of the Grand Jacques with striking sincerity and modernity
Through this new opus, Ycare pays tribute to the one who shaped his relationship with writing, the stage and the French language. Brel’s songs take on a new dimension here thanks to arrangements by Ycare and Pascal Obispo, extending their collaboration after the duo « Viens ». Between fervor, raw emotion and elegance of words, this album celebrates Brel’s timeless legacy.
