"Self Hell": a maximalist, powerful album where anything goes. A new chapter in the history of While She Sleeps begins. After introducing a new subversive twist to their sound with the single 'SELF HELL', the band launched in 2023 into their biggest headline show ever at London's Alexandra Palace (10,000 spectators). A highly intense spectacle, whose performance lived up to the ambitions. "Self Hell" was produced by their longtime collaborator Carl Bown and the band's guitarist, Sean Long. While She Sleeps - completed by Lawrence 'Loz' Taylor (vocals), Mat Welsh (guitar), Aaran Mckenzie (bass) and Adam Savage (drums) - recorded the album during sessions at Metropolis Studios in London.
