On Everything Harmony, the fourth studio album by the New York band The Lemon Twigs, talented brothers Brian and Michael D'Addario offer 13 original portions of beauty that showcase an astonishing emotional depth and musical sophistication given their career and age. Everything Harmony successfully blends the distinct personalities of the brothers while giving voice to their eclectic influences. It features cheerful pop vocals, complex folk-acoustic melodies, and rich textures inspired by artists like Simon & Garfunkel, Arthur Russell, and Moondog. The album balances moments of depression and isolation with episodes of dizzying euphoria. It was entirely written, recorded, produced, and designed by The Lemon Twigs in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and at Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco. Everything Harmony is a unified cycle of songs born from shared blood and a common purpose. With two musical heads being better than one, ideas abound. Their only obstacles are time and the challenge of keeping up with their own prolific musical inspiration.
