After composing for cinema, theater, rap, and French song, Gabriel Legeleux, aka Superpoze, resumes his conversation with electronic and instrumental music. He enriches his intimate and unique work with a dense and expansive third album, where strings, flutes, and choirs join his faithful synthesizers, pianos, and percussion. The album was recorded and mixed by Sylvain de Barbeyrac in Paris at Pigalle and Motorbass studios, then mastered by Joe LaPorta at Sterling Sound in New York. "Nova Cardinale is an album that seems to me to be a world rather than a narrative. A place made of sounds where one can find a path, get lost, or remain still and observe the surroundings. An album in which the tracks live on a large scale, extending from the intimate to the emphatic. An album with perspective and vanishing points. It was an intimate and sensitive writing process, as well as a true technical work of sound and production. Listening to the album, these two aspects now seem inseparable to me." Superpoze
