Status Quo is back! With over 118 million albums sold and unforgettable hits, Status Quo remains one of the most important bands in English Rock. Backbone, the band's first studio album in 8 years, is their 33rd career album, and perhaps the one that fans were least expecting. This album showcases a band that has managed to stay united despite the challenges, led by the indestructible Francis Rossi. A band that continues to tour relentlessly and compose ripping Boogie-Rock tracks. A Status Quo album is always an occasion to celebrate the band, especially when it is as strong as this one. Backbone is an album that Francis Rossi and his bandmates can truly be proud of.
