More than just a CD, here is a completely new therapeutic tool. Developed from the neuro-acoustic research of Philippe Barraqué, music therapist, Stop Acouphènes reduces or eliminates ringing in the ears (tinnitus), sound aggression (noise hypersensitivity), and the psychological suffering they cause (depression, stress). Stop Acouphènes is strongly recommended when you listen to music too loudly on your portable player or when you are exposed to high decibel levels at concerts (risk of deafness). It is easy to use, since you simply listen to the CD on headphones in its entirety during attacks and every day if possible. Listening can begin at low volume and increase over the sessions; it can also vary in duration. A true sound massage for the inner ear, the pink and white therapeutic frequencies act on the deep cause of your unwanted noises by gradually erasing their traumatic origin (acoustic shock, emotion, illness). These frequencies include filtered acoustic noises combined with a light natural ambience for very comfortable listening. A binaural neuro-acoustic technique allows a “frequency sweep” from one ear to the other at a regular rhythm, promoting altered states of consciousness and deep relaxation. The therapeutic purpose of the CD is to reduce or eliminate the undesirable effects of tinnitus and noise hypersensitivity. Stop Acouphène thus reprograms your hearing and helps you find silence again.
