PEAKS' debut album, A Deep Color, is an anagram of Dale Cooper, a character from the series Twin Peaks created by David Lynch. A major artistic influence on saxophonist and composer Florian Marques, this first record indeed revolves around compositions inspired by the work of the American filmmaker, to which warmer sounds are added, reflecting his Pyrenean roots.
