Magdalena Bay, the Los Angeles-based duo made up of Mica Tenenbaum and Matthew Lewin, creates magical pop music that floats in the ether of our collective social cosmos. Although they have made California their home, their essence resides in the clouds, emitting unique yet familiar frequencies of synthesized nostalgia, kitschy hooks, and warped neo-choruses. Timely and relevant, Magdalena Bay blends the known and the felt with innovative soundscapes.
