JAYLER is a British rock band that channels the wild spirit of 60s and 70s classic rock, while injecting a modern edge. Built on swaggering riffs, soulful vocals and a fearless stage presence, their sound carries the weight of Led Zeppelin, the ambition of Queen and the urgency of a new generation, without ever slipping into empty nostalgia. At the heart of JAYLER’s music are defiance and determination. These are songs for a generation that feels unheard, restless and hungry for authenticity. Driven by the unstoppable James Bartholomew on vocals and guitar, alongside Tyler Arrowsmith (guitar), Ed Evans (drums) and Ricky Hodgkiss (bass and keyboards), JAYLER draws on the DNA of classic rock to forge an identity of their own. Key Tracks “Down Below”: The first single is a high-octane vintage track that bites the dust. Bartholomew’s voice shifts from airy to snarling, before effortlessly slipping into a storyteller mode carried by the harmonica: a playful, confident and full-of-panache song. “Need Your Love”: A full-throttle rock anthem for a new generation, driven by a chorus built for big rooms and powerful voices. “The Getaway”: A track crackling with raw rock ’n’ roll confidence, with saturated guitars and high-voltage dynamics. “Hate To See It End”: A song that charges headlong with provocative, high-energy force. At a time when, in early 2026, so many things seem manufactured (whether joy or chaos, love or hate), JAYLER’s sound is refreshingly authentic.
