Successful comeback for Jacques Dutronc in this year 1970, just 1 year after his 3rd album. So it is 3 years later that we find "L'idole" and "Les petites annonces" but this time in their stereo version, after a first mono release on the 4th EP in 1967. Among the new tracks included here are the hits "Le responsable", "L'aventurier" and "L'hôtesse de l'air". Even though 45 rpm EPs work well, albums still sell much better. It is in this year 1970 that the 45 rpm single establishes itself and it is the end of the EP. Even though the single gets off to a very strong start, album sales do not decrease, quite the contrary, they strengthen them.
