There are still three years ago, no one would have bet on Indochine, considered a has-been group, scarred by the death of one of the Sirkis brothers. However, at the beginning of 2004, the release of this live album is considered an event. What is the reason for this miracle? No one really knows, but it is clear that a whole new generation has found itself in the melodies of "J'ai demandé à la lune," "Electrastar," or "Le Grand Secret," undeniable songs present on "Paradize," the studio album of a return to grace without tricks or TV ads (sold over a million copies), and this highly anticipated double live.
Closer to his audience than ever, Nicola Sirkis has surrounded himself with a band that matches his ambitions and a team of composers who have helped restore his reputation. Whether you like this wide-angle pop inherited from new wave and goth rock or not, it must be admitted that this success, ideally captured by this concert delivered as is and in its entirety, is one of the most beautiful and respectable there is.
