The MTV EMA winners are back.. discover Gun’s new album. Let It Shine opens the album, and shines with its gospel rock n roll, while BeautifulSmile roars with a hard rock sound. The single Labour Of Life is a true pop anthem, showing Gun’s ability to use superb pop sounds. The title track Frantic is a slower song, filled with a string section that highlights Dante Gizzi’s voice. Frantic is a powerful, energetic, refined album while being severe. The record brings together all the styles borrowed from their different albums, to create a brand-new sound, as well as a new path for the band. Produced by Simon Bloor, and mixed by Tim Weidner (Trevor Horn). In September 2010, their first album Taking On The World was included in Classic Rock magazine’s 150 greatest albums of all time. In recent years, the band has had many guests, such as the Rolling Stones, Bon Jovi, Simple Minds, Bryan Adams and Def Leppar. Their albums and singles have been acclaimed by critics, and the band has won several awards. Gun recently played three sold-out dates at King Tuts in Glasgow in less than 15 minutes.
