From his beginnings at 14 in the streets or smoky bars of Santiago de Compostela to performing at the Berlin Philharmonie with the symphony orchestra; from blues tours in his twenties alongside legends like Buddy Miles or Mick Taylor — which led him to become one of the genre’s greatest representatives in Europe with his band Los Reyes del KO — to his collaborations with Indian or Asian musicians around Galician or Spanish music; from the countless festivals and theaters around the world where he has performed... His image appears on Hohner harmonica boxes — the reference brand for this instrument, of which he has been one of the main ambassadors since 2006 — as well as in secondary school music textbooks throughout Galicia. A career spanning more than thirty years, marked by more than a dozen albums with his various projects and around a hundred collaborations (albums, soundtracks), as well as some 5,000 concerts across Asia, North and South America, all of Europe, and as far as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, India, or Indonesia: all of this bears witness to the journey of this musician originally from Madrid, raised in Galicia and based in Berlin since 2004. In his latest project, *NÒMADE* — produced by the great musician Jairo Zavala (DEPEDRO) —, he creates a fusion of Galician, Spanish and Latin music, exploring his roots and the experiences accumulated over the years; two albums from this project are already available.
