With a career of over 50 years, Deep Purple is one of the most loved Rock bands of all time. Albums like In Rock, Machine Head, or Made in Japan are essentials in the History of Rock.
Deep Purple still enjoys enormous success today, as evidenced by sold-out world tours and their recent studio albums Whoosh! (2020), inFinite (2017), or NOW What?! (2013). Nearly 4 years after the last studio album Whoosh!, Deep Purple unveils its highly anticipated new album =1, the very first with Simon McBride as the new guitarist. =1 embodies the essence of the 70s, more than any other Deep Purple album released in recent years, and promises a sound that only Deep Purple can deliver; loved by past generations and continues to excite new audiences.
