Glamgoth? Dark electro? Industrial cyberfunk? Founded in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic, DEAD LIGHTS — a duo from the UK and the Netherlands — has developed from a distance its unique blend of dark electropop, massive synth bass, abrasive sounds, polished vocal arrangements, and brutal beats designed for the dancefloor. Their new album Lash is their boldest opus yet: eight singles already released, all crafted to ignite the dance floors, along with four new tracks that are more cinematic, moving away from classic structures.
