"DARCY - TIGER - CD""It's the song of anger"" screams the singer of Darcy in "Bile Jaune," the eponymous title of the band's latest EP released at the end of 2011. This is the best way to summarize the sound of Darcy. Discovered as the opening act for No One Is Innocent, Mass Hysteria, or Luke, the Rennes-based band presents its first album, titled Tiger. Darcy digs up the hatchet: the sound is rock, sometimes punk, and the singing is spoken, rapped, shouted, to convey its message, tell a story. The words are sometimes raw, often crude, to reveal the uncompromising observation of a generation overwhelmed by its surroundings. So learn the lesson! If silence is golden, then noise is Darcy!"
