BLAM’S, the birth of a phenomenon. BLAM’S’ first album, “SPECTRUM,” stands out as a multifaceted opus over which a hint of mystery hangs, much like the artist himself. A singular universe takes shape, one that is unique to the artist, above which reigns an indescribable melancholy, the kind that clings to the skin of this young Lyonnais singer-songwriter. Composed of 14 tracks, this first album has long been awaited by a loyal fan base built over the years on the internet, thanks to which this young artist now totals several million views on YouTube without any radio or TV airplay. BLAM’S unquestionably stands out as a rising phenomenon and a singer of his generation, the one that is in its twenties in 2020. His audience is that of the new Rap, urban pop wave that is redefining French variety. Beyond the music itself, his influences come from multiple horizons: video games, manga, and cinema. Beneath the melodic, radio-friendly aspect of his tracks, the fascination BLAM’S exerts goes beyond his music; and his fan community, which he calls the TeamB, is only asking to grow.
