1988 saw the release of Strength Of My Life, a landmark album for the band as it featured "Cool & Calm," "Pay Day," and "Live and Give," all of which would become staples of their subsequent world tours. Wiss, Apple, and Skelly were accompanied by the exceptional backing band the Roots Radics, all produced by Doctor Dread for the legendary Real Authentic Sound label and mixed by Jim Fox at Lion & Fox studio.
