The Beatles albums in their American version. The year 2014 will mark the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' first trip to the United States. From their appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show in February 1964, the Beatles immediately sparked excitement among American teenagers, igniting passions, and Beatlemania swept the entire country. To celebrate this important episode in music history, here are the original Beatles albums in their American version. In Europe, the standard was 14 songs per album, while in the United States it was only 11 to 12 at most, thus giving rise to different album titles: "Meet The Beatles," "Something New," "Yesterday and Today," with slightly different tracklists. Each CD, a faithful reproduction of the vinyl from that time, includes the mono and stereo versions of the original album and is delivered in a soft plastic sleeve with an inner sleeve.
