Mat McNerney (Beastmilk, Grave Pleasures, Hexvessel) unveils Scorpion Milk, his apocalyptic and abrasive solo project. With Slime of the Times, he delivers a direct, explosive, and unfiltered version of the post-punk he helped shape, blending gothic darkness, anarcho-punk urgency, and contemporary echoes. Produced by McNerney himself and mixed in London by Wayne Adams (Bear Bites Horse), the album features mastering from Abbey Road and striking visuals by Danu Bharatu. It welcomes renowned guests such as Big Paul Ferguson (Killing Joke), Nate Newton (Converge), Tor Sjodén (Viagra Boys), and Will Gould (Creeper). Slime of the Times is accompanied by a downloadable manifesto, unique iconography, and a bleak vision of the modern world.
