The famous soprano Sabine Devieilhe joins forces with pianist Mathieu Pordoy to present an album paying tribute to the compositions of two prodigies, Mozart and Strauss. Richard Strauss considered Mozart "the most sublime of composers" and was greatly inspired by him. The album includes 8 lieder by Mozart and 14 by Strauss, all brilliantly written for the soprano voice, including Strauss's sublime "Morgen," recorded with violinist Vilde Frang.
