Description

KAS PRODUCT, a two-headed combo born in the whirlwind of the 80s, burst onto the French Post-Punk / New Wave scene like a UFO, with 3 albums and cult tracks such as "Never come back" or "Pussy X," before disbanding in 1988. Back on stage in 2012, the band led by Mona Soyoc and Spatsz performed numerous concerts in about fifteen countries until 2019, when Spatsz passed away. In 2020, to honor her late friend, Mona Soyoc reformed KAS PRODUCT with Pierre Corneau on bass (Marc Seberg) and Thomas Bouetel on keyboards and machines (Monty Picon). Very quickly, the synergy between the three artists took hold, culminating in the arrival of RELOADED, the band's first album since 1986. RELOADED blends the fervor of their early days with a new sophistication, taking KAS PRODUCT to less dark, more rock territories, without ever losing the visceral urgency that has always characterized the band. Guided by Mona Soyoc's imperial voice, which interweaves rage and sensuality, the eleven compositions unfold with an almost cinematic depth. One year after the album's release, rediscover it in a magnificent limited edition opaque red vinyl.
