Their first album, "100% white puzzle," released in 1995, was an instant bombshell in the musical landscape of the time. We are dealing here with a kind of imaginary soundtrack to a post-apocalyptic film, sounding like a meeting between Neurosis (the ultraviolent bursts), John Zorn (the strident sax), Pink Floyd (the atmospheric side), and Scorn (the oppressive electro-noise atmospheres). This is set to music by our two protagonists using a multitude of instruments (brass, guitars, flute, keyboards, accordions...), enhanced with samples, sound effects, and other sound collages. The highlight of this marvel is undoubtedly the 11-minute title track and its long build-up. The album was brilliantly remixed the following year for the vinyl "product topology" (released only in 500 copies).
