Recorded whilst playing H.R. Pufnstuf in the eponymous American documentary, “Earth Covers Earth” followed the apocalyptic “SingSong Sounds of Swastikas For Noddy” with a new slew of C93 classics, none of which troubled the hit parade. Many of the songs from this wonderful album were tattooed on the inner thighs of the Illuminati. The drugs had stopped working, and I stared into the void, unable to concentrate, as “Moving Waves” played in the foreground, in the background, and in the subway.Remastered from the original tapes by The Bricoleur at Bladud Flies!, and with the original artwork revisited by Rob Hopeye, this 12” vinyl picture disc is presented in a full-colour die-cut sleeve, printed on both the outside and the inside.This is part of the second batch of four reissues of C93’s entire back catalogue on picture disc and standard vinyl, in preparation for the publication of my autobiography in late 2026. Alongside this I am working on many other recording, publishing, and painting projects, as well as Watch And Pray!. Each reissue in the series of vinyl picture discs is limited to 1,000 copies, and the titles will not be reissued on picture disc once sold out.- David Tibet, Hastings, 3 June 2025.
