He quickly gained national and international recognition and was endorsed by the greatest Jamaican MCs. Born in France in 1988, Biga*Ranx turned to Jamaican sounds very early on. His attention focused on the rhythms of Yellowman and DJ Screw. From the age of 14, he devoted himself entirely to music, forging a personal style through hard work, writing, and composition. In 2008, Biga was endorsed by Jamaican singjay Joseph Cotton, who christened him "Ranx," marking his entry into the world of reggae.
