First pressing on black double vinyl
Double black vinyl, 12" (33 rpm) in gatefold sleeve with double-sided insert.
First pressing of 700 copies worldwide.
OBSIDIOUS leads the modern evolution of progressive and technical metal with their debut album: 'Iconic'.
Composed of Linus Klausenitzer (bass), Rafael Trujillo (guitars), Sebastian Lanser (drums) and vocalist Javi Perera (vocals), the band earned their stripes thanks to the prestigious origins of its members: Obscura, Alkaloid, Eternity's End and Juggernaut.
Obsidious, however, is an entirely different creature; Iconic is technical yet accessible, the album breathes intensity but develops it with melodic dexterity. With Obsidious, there's always a hook; Iconic builds on a prestigious foundation, but its vision is not limited by its principles.
For fans of OBSCURA, ALKALOID, OPHIDIAN I, PROTEST THE HERO, ORIGIN.
Artwork by Adrien Bousson.
