Jethro Tull est un groupe de rock britannique formé à Blackpool dans la seconde partie des années 1960. Sa musique est marquée par le style vocal très particulier du leader Ian Anderson (une voix nasillarde mais remarquablement juste), son travail unique de flûtiste, et par des constructions de chansons inhabituelles et souvent complexes. La musique de Jethro Tull incorpore des éléments de musique classique et celtique, blues (surtout à ses débuts) ainsi que des phases art rock alternatif du rock.Malgré cela, il est difficile de désigner des artistes spécifiques ayant directement influencé ou étant directement influencés par Jethro Tull, dont l'oeuvre reste à part dans le monde du rock."Nothing Is Easy : Live at the Isle of Wight 1970" est un album de Jethro Tull sorti en 2004. Il documente leur prestation au festival de l'île de Wight de 1970."Living In The Past" est un double album du groupe britannique Jethro Tull sorti en 1972. Il s'agit d'une compilation qui reprend des titres issus d'albums, des singles et faces B, ainsi que des titres inédits, dont deux ("By Kind Permission Of" et "Dharma for One") enregistrés en concert. Les éditions originales britannique et américaine ne contiennent pas exactement la même liste de titres, ce qui se reflète dans les rééditions ultérieures au format CD.
