TODDLA T has called on two legends of Sheffield's underground scene, ROSS ORTON and DJ PIPES, to shake up, break down, and rebuild his album in the same style that has shaped his sound. Renowned designer, DJ, and a fixture of Sheffield's underground music scene for over a decade, PIPES is TODDLA's main inspiration. As for ORTON, in addition to his contributions to TODDLA's records, he was part of FAT TRUCKERS, drummer for JARVIS COCKER, and produced MIA's track "Galang." He has also remixed and produced a host of notable artists, from THE KILLS to KELIS, TINCHY STRYDER, and the ARCTIC MONKEYS. The duo therefore took TODDLA T's album "Watch Me Dance" and remixed it with the sounds of Sheffield's bass culture. A reimagining of the original album worthy of the "Steel City," venturing further and far more coherent than a simple series of unrelated remixes.
