Five years ago, Thomas met one of his earliest fans, the multiple Grammy Award-winning producer: Larry Klein (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock, Tracy Chapman), with whom he created the Grammy-nominated album What’s Left Is Forever in 2014. Today, the duo is back at it for a new collaboration: Thomas Dybdahl's eighth solo album All These Things. This album was written in Los Angeles in June 2017 in the purest tradition of great productions of the time: the best musicians, the best recording conditions, beautiful songs, and above all, a deliberately tight schedule so that the artists had no choice but to follow their initial instincts without being able to revisit what was created. (N.B. the album was recorded in three days and three nights). Thus, the album features a lineup of top-notch guests with musicians whose discographies could fill an encyclopedia: James Gadson and Brian MacLeod (drums), Dean Parks and David Baerwald (guitar), Patrick Warren (piano), and Dan Lutz (bass) forming the core of the group. Added to this is a collaboration with the rising folk star, Lera Lynn, on the track When I Go, resulting in the album All These Things, a project rich in talent and character, set to be released on October 12, 2018!
