'The Foxhunt' brings together recordings of the Chieftains at the Boarding House in San Francisco on October 1, 1973, and at the Great American Music Hall on May 5, 1976, by Owsley 'Bear' Stanley. This 2CD edition also includes bonuses, such as the last interview with Paddy Moloney before his passing in 2021 and a presentation of the Irish origins in Bluegrass music by Jerry Garcia.
