'Positive Noise' is a collaboration between System 7 and British house music legend A Guy Called Gerald who now lives in Berlin, and is one of two tracks on the new System 7 album "UP" on which they worked together. The original club mix’s exuberant sounds and crisp rhythms give off a contagious feel-good quality and brilliant tech confidence inspired by the more stripped back Berlin sounds - already gaining plaudits and plays for its modern club sound. The Carl Craig remix strips back the original and reconstructs it for the dancefloor with a “dubby deep” techno in Carl’s legendary style. The A.Mochi remix is a darker take, with a long breakdown featuring trademark S7 shimmering sounds and a driving breakbeat build.
