A message from Michael Gira: We (Swans) have just finished our new album. It's called "To Be Kind" and is a little over 2 hours long. It will be available as a triple vinyl, double CD, and deluxe double CD including a live DVD. A good portion of the tracks on this album developed during the Swans' 2012/2013 tour. Special guests on this album include (among others): Little Annie, Julia Kent, St. Vincent, and Cold Specks. I love you! Michael Gira Swans, the legendary American band led by Michael Gira, was founded in 1982 before disbanding in 1997. Their reformation in 2010 was marked by the release of the critically acclaimed albums "My Father Will Guide Me Up a Rope to the Sky" (2010) and "The Seer" (2012).
