Stone Temple Pilots embarks on a new musical adventure with ""Perdida"". 8th album and first acoustic album, ""Perdida"" includes 10 new very personal tracks for the band, written and composed with emotion and honesty. To create this album, Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo, Eric Kretz, and Jeff Gutt surrounded themselves with talented musicians. They included various instruments in the project that are rarely heard on a Stone Temple Pilots record. The flute on ""I Didn't Know The Time"", the alto saxophone on ""Years"", and the guitarrón in ""Miles Away"" give an unexpected dimension and a scent of renewal to this project. The band also announces a tour of 15 dates during which they will perform the tracks from ""Perdida"" as well as older tracks from their acoustic repertoire.
