Stone Temple Pilots embarks on a new musical adventure with "Perdida." Their 8th album and first acoustic album, "Perdida" includes 10 new tracks that are very personal for the band, written and composed with emotion and honesty. To create this album, Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo, Eric Kretz, and Jeff Gutt surrounded themselves with talented musicians. They incorporated various instruments into the project that are rarely heard on a Stone Temple Pilots record. The flute on "I Didn’t Know The Time," the alto saxophone on "Years," and the guitarrón in "Miles Away" give an unexpected dimension and a scent of renewal to this project. The band also announced a 15-date tour where they will perform tracks from "Perdida" as well as older songs from their repertoire in acoustic format.
