An ambitious and passionate collaborative project, it brings together musicians spanning seven decades, including Jamaican legends Ernest Ranglin, Ken Boothe, Earl 16 and Devon Russell, as well as contemporary artists such as jazz trumpeter Ms Maurice (known for her work with Afro-jazz ensemble Kokoroko and Nubya Garcia) and singer Alexia Coley. It is a journey into the world of reggae, and also a tribute to the genre's long connection with West London, and in particular the Ladbroke Grove and Notting Hill areas.
