To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the release of Simon & Garfunkel's first record with Columbia Records in 1964, "The Complete Albums Collection" offers a look at the entire career of the legendary folk-rock duo. For the first time, here is a box set tracing the complete discography of Simon & Garfunkel: their five studio albums with Columbia released between 1964 and 1970; the multi-platinum albums "The Graduate" (the soundtrack of the film of the same name from 1967 which included for the first time their classic "Mrs. Robinson") and "Simon & Garfunkel's Greatest Hits" (this 1972 compilation was distributed in nearly 14 million copies, making it the duo's most popular Best Of); and four live albums recorded between 1967 and 2004, including the "Concert In Central Park" from 1982 (the duo's first record since their breakup in 1970), "Old Friends: Live On Stage," a double album that revisits their acclaimed reunion tour of 2003-2004, and two live archive discs: "Live From New York City," 1967 (recorded at Lincoln Center where the duo plays acoustically) and "Live 1969" (which contains recordings from Simon & Garfunkel's last tour, a year before their breakup).
