Originally released in 1997, this iconic record now joins the Peaceville catalog in a prestige reissue, presented on limited marbled vinyl. Formed in 1989, Sigh has established itself as one of the most influential Japanese metal bands, blending black metal, avant-garde experimentation, and symphonic atmospheres. With Hail Horror Hail, Mirai Kawashima and his band deliver a nightmarish work, with themes centered on death and violence, while developing a more melodic and cinematic songwriting style. This reissue benefits from a new remaster by Patrick Engel (Temple of Disharmony), made from the original DAT sources, as well as an exclusive booklet including an unpublished interview with Mirai Kawashima.
