Created in 2017, PRINCESSES LEYA was born from the meeting between Antoine Schoumsky (whom we have seen notably within the collectives of Golden Moustache and Studio Bagel, a screenwriter whose voice should be familiar to you if you are a fan of French dubbing) and Dedo (who left his mark on an entire generation with "L'Histoire racontée par des chaussettes" and who, after passing through the Jamel Comedy Club, performs stand-up all over France). Both fans of metal, and seeking to blend this shared culture with humor, they joined forces to form an antagonistic duo: Dedo embodies the real clichés of metal (yes, there are some) and Antoine embodies the clichés that outsiders spread without knowing. This new album, titled BIG BANG THERAPY, is a playful nod to the excess of current superhero movies: in the previous opus, the Princesses had to save a dimension filled with dumb people to return to their Earth. This time, the Princesses must save not ONE dimension but ALL dimensions! How? With metal, of course, and for the survival of their Earth. Narrative overkill? Obviously! But this time, fewer sketches and more music. No more covers! Only compositions straight from their guts. Basically, the Princesses have just gotten over acne, and the immature teenagers are determined to become immature adults.
