From 1971 to 1977, Peter Baumann was a member of the legendary Berlin band TANGERINE DREAM. This group was a pioneer of the Berliner Schule (Berlin School), a movement that profoundly influenced electronic music. He produced several landmark albums in his Paragon studio (notably for Conrad Schnitzler, Cluster and Hans-Joachim Roedelius) and also found success as a solo artist.
