On his new album "The Burning Spider," which will be released on April 21 on his label Etage Noir Recordings, Parov Stelar decides to unveil unexpected sides of his music and write a new chapter in his sound exploration, this time leaning towards blues gems, to give them new life.
Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, and Lightnin' Hopkins contribute their vocal talents here, alongside the singer Anduze, a long-time collaborator who plays a true "cornerstone" role on this new LP thanks to the remarkable track "Beauty Mark." The artist does not neglect his Swing past, which we will find here on 3 tracks. Available on CD and 2LP.
