The double album Timeless Jazz Classics Vol. 2 features remarkable tracks and performances by Louis Hayes, Machito And His Salsa Big Band, Mike Nock Quartet, George Adams - Don Pullen Quartet, and many others. It includes two special tracks: the previously unreleased version of "Morning Song" (Live In Bremen 1978) by Eric Kloss & Barry Miles and the bonus track "La Placita" (Live In Willisau 1978) by the Marion Brown Quartet. The 2 edition is available on black vinyl, includes an insert with liner notes, track-by-track information by Gilles Peterson, and the Timeless Jazz 50th anniversary sticker is affixed to the protective sleeves.
