In 2002, the American metal band Mudvayne released their second album, *The End Of All Things To Come*, which enriches their sound with a more varied sonic palette, increased dynamics, unprecedented atmospheres, and more nuanced vocals. Composed in less than a month, the tracks are the result of voluntary isolation, giving rise to a more mature sound influenced by jazz, progressive rock, death metal, and thrash metal. For the production, Mudvayne collaborated with David Bottrill, winner of three Grammy Awards.
